These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jdbl ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") regarding your use of the jdbl website accessible at https://jdbl.club and all associated services, games, features, and content provided therein. By accessing the jdbl platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

jdbl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When changes are made, jdbl will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where the changes are material, may notify active players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of jdbl following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure via the jdbl support team.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict arising from a translated or summarised version of these Terms, the English-language version shall take precedence. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which jdbl's operating licence is issued. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts designated by jdbl's licensing authority.

jdbl is an online gambling platform intended for adults aged 18 years and above. By using jdbl, you confirm that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction and that you are participating voluntarily, without any form of coercion. jdbl does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific country or territory and accepts no responsibility for any consequences arising from a player's participation where such activity may be restricted or prohibited by local law.

To access the full range of jdbl services — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and claiming bonuses — you must create a registered jdbl account. Registration requires the submission of accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and kept up to date.

You are eligible to register a jdbl account only if all of the following conditions are met:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, another active or suspended jdbl account.
• You are not a jdbl employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of any such person.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not been self-excluded from jdbl or any associated platform.

jdbl operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Opening multiple accounts — whether through the same device, IP address, email address, mobile number, payment method, or physical address — is a breach of these Terms. jdbl employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon discovery, jdbl reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals linked to those accounts.

jdbl reserves the right to request identity verification ("KYC") documents at any point during your account lifetime, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine account review. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, driver's licence, or equivalent government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be requested. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by jdbl may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

All financial transactions on jdbl are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jdbl supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. jdbl does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on jdbl is ৳200. Deposits are typically credited to your jdbl account balance within a few minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from your payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes, you should contact jdbl support via the live chat function inside your account dashboard, providing your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by jdbl's finance team within 24–72 hours of submission, subject to successful KYC verification and wagering requirement completion where applicable. jdbl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request. jdbl will only process withdrawals to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder.

Payment Method Ownership: You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Using a third-party payment method — including bKash or Nagad accounts registered to family members or other individuals — is strictly prohibited. Any funds deposited via a third-party payment method are subject to forfeiture, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

jdbl reserves the right to reverse any transaction that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, erroneous, or in breach of these Terms. In cases where a deposit is reversed by the payment provider after funds have been used for wagering, jdbl reserves the right to recover the equivalent amount from the player's account balance or to suspend the account pending repayment.

jdbl offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, BPL season, or IPL tournaments. Each bonus offer is governed by its own specific set of terms, which will be clearly communicated at the point of offer. The general bonus policy set out below applies to all jdbl promotions unless otherwise specified.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds credited to your jdbl account are subject to wagering requirements. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on jdbl bonuses is 30x the bonus amount, unless the specific offer states otherwise. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.

Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirement completion. As a general rule, slots contribute 100%, live dealer table games contribute 10–20%, and certain game categories (including progressive jackpot slots and crash games in some bonus periods) may contribute 0%. The specific contribution rates for each bonus offer will be stated in the individual bonus terms.

Bonus Expiry: All jdbl bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7–30 days from the date of issue, within which the wagering requirements must be completed. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain unconverted at the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.

Bonus Abuse: jdbl actively monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or balanced bets designed purely to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, exploiting bonus terms through arbitrage strategies, or colluding with other players to misuse promotional offers. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.

As a registered jdbl player, you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following obligations apply to your use of the jdbl platform and all its services.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information at all times.
• Keep your jdbl account login credentials — including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify jdbl immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Use jdbl solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Set responsible gaming limits on your account and make use of jdbl's self-exclusion tools if needed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jdbl:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with jdbl games or the platform interface.
• Colluding with other players in any game format, including but not limited to poker tables and live dealer games.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports betting manipulation on jdbl's cricket or sports betting markets.
• Attempting to launder money or use jdbl as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Accessing jdbl using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or duplicate account detection.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jdbl staff or other players via any jdbl communication channel.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any jdbl content, trademarks, or game assets without written authorisation.

jdbl reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these obligations at any time. During an investigation, jdbl may place a temporary hold on your account, restricting withdrawals and deposits until the matter is resolved. If a breach is confirmed, jdbl may apply any combination of the following sanctions: bonus forfeiture, winnings forfeiture, account suspension, permanent account closure, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

Each game category available on jdbl — including slots, live dealer casino games, poker, color games, crash games, and cricket/sports betting — is governed by its own specific game rules. These rules are accessible within the game interface or the relevant section of the jdbl platform. By participating in any game or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

Random Number Generator (RNG) Games: All RNG-based games on jdbl — including slots, virtual table games, and crash games — use independently audited random number generation technology. Game outcomes are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by any external factor, including prior game history or bet size. jdbl publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all RNG games; these represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes on individual sessions.

Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games on jdbl are operated by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. These games are streamed in real time from regulated casino studios and are subject to the rules of those studios in addition to jdbl's platform terms. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live dealer game, jdbl's policy follows the standard rules of the relevant studio provider.

Sports Betting: All sports betting markets on jdbl — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). jdbl reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond a defined period, or affected by circumstances that render a fair outcome impossible.

Disputes: If you believe a game result or bet settlement is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with jdbl's support team within 72 hours of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated. jdbl's decision on all game and bet disputes is final, subject to the complaint escalation procedures detailed in the support section of the platform.

jdbl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including in circumstances where a player has breached these Terms, provided false information during registration, failed KYC verification, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or where jdbl is required to do so by its licensing authority or applicable law.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your jdbl account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat inside your account dashboard. Before closure is finalised, jdbl will process any pending withdrawals of real-money funds (subject to KYC verification) and apply any outstanding wagering requirement checks. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Responsible Gaming Closure: Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion due to problem gambling — may do so immediately via the Account Settings panel. Responsible gaming closures take effect without delay and jdbl will not send promotional communications to self-excluded accounts for the duration of the exclusion period. jdbl's Responsible Gaming page provides full guidance on self-exclusion and related tools.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jdbl may apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts after the 12-month threshold, deducted from the remaining real-money balance. jdbl will notify the account holder via email before inactivity fees begin. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact jdbl support.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jdbl, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the jdbl platform, its games, or any related services. This includes, without limitation, any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

jdbl's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player to their jdbl account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jdbl does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, error, or technical failure at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency technical interventions, or circumstances beyond jdbl's reasonable control — including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or acts of government — may result in temporary platform unavailability. jdbl will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime.

jdbl provides no warranty, express or implied, regarding the suitability of any game, betting market, or promotional offer for any particular player's purposes. All gambling activity on jdbl carries inherent financial risk. By using jdbl, you acknowledge that gambling involves the possibility of losing money and that no outcome is guaranteed.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit jdbl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
